 When last week's Washington City Paper's "Best of D.C." issue came out, CSNA started scanning to see which of our local businesses were mentioned. We were everywhere. Congrats to all of the winners, and to the people and neighbors who have built and manage these award winning venues. As has been widely reported, during Inauguration Week from January 17-21, 2009, eligible on-premises alcohol (ABC) licensees and businesses have the option to serve alcohol until 4 am, as well as to remain open 24 hours a day. The Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration (ABRA) has released the list of 213 bars, restaurants and clubs that have taken advantage of this option.
