The November general membership meeting of CSNA will be held on Thursday, November 8, at 7:00pm at the True Reformer Building. Presentations will be given on the Utopia development project at 14th and T Streets, NW by architect Eric Colbert and a conversation with Ramone Estrada, ANC 2B chair and Rob Halligan, president of the Dupont Circle Citizen Association.
