  • Board of Condemnation Hearing on 2006 10th Street on June 14th at 11:30 am - deals with run down properties.  The Board tends to work very slowly, but they stick with cases till they are resolved.  If the owner is unresponsive the city can take the house away.  The house is a known crack house and appears to be in danger of collapse.
    • Phil Spalding was chosen to represent CSNA for this hearing
    • It was suggested that social services be contacted to help the owner who does not seem to have anywhere to go.
  • Adios Carl Lipscombe - Laura Bridge will be taking minutes until a replacement is found.

  • Meridian Hill historic district proposal - a strip of 16th street up to columbia road; protecting embassies and historic apartment buildings; they are going to come to the ANC and Ernest plans to use opportunity to close in historic distict between U and Meridian Hill, it should go between 14th and 15th.
