JBG Responds to Concerns and Questions from March CSNA Meeting
JBG has provided updated images and studies pertaining the U Street hotel. Links to all of the new files from JBG are provided below.
In addition to the removal of the 10th floor and reducing the streetlevel height to 87 feet - U Street Hotel Loses a Floor and 12 Rooms - JBG has also added a cantilever condition in the rear of the building along the alley which has reduced the footprint of the building at the ground floor, and will free up an additional 5 feet adjacent to the alley
JBG has also completed the shadow studies and an updated site section (line of sight view) of the building which both illustrate the impact of the building.
